You are welcome to reach out with questions, curiosity, or to schedule a session. Healing Arts Sessions are gentle, individualized, and centered around helping the body settle, regulate, and reconnect with its natural rhythms.

Whether you are seeking support after injury, navigating stress, working with a sensitive nervous system, or simply wanting a quiet place to return to yourself, the first step can be a simple conversation.

Sessions are generally available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM by appointment. The session location address will be provided after scheduling.

I generally respond within 1–2 business days.
