Integrative Sessions offer a gentle, body-centered approach to supporting nervous system balance, physical ease, and a deeper connection with the body’s natural rhythms. This work draws from Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy, Japanese Meridian Therapy, and Source Point Therapy, creating a quiet and supportive space for the body to settle, reorganize, and reconnect with its own restorative capacity.
Modern life can place a tremendous load on the nervous system. Stress, injury, emotional overwhelm, head trauma, and long-held patterns of tension can leave the body feeling guarded, reactive, fatigued, or disconnected. These sessions are designed to meet the body with patience rather than force, helping create the conditions for greater calm, resilience, and embodied awareness.
Through subtle touch, careful listening, and a respectful therapeutic presence, each session is individualized to the person in front of me. The work is slow, attentive, and non-forceful. Instead of trying to push the body into change, the session supports the body in finding its own way back toward balance.
